- Amy Hollingsworth and Roni Haver for Australasian Dance Collective and Club Guy & Roni – Program: Bad Nature
- September 3, 2025 – September 7, 2025: Australasian Dance Collective and Club Guy & Roni will be in residence at the Brisbane Festival. They will present a collaboration featuring a new production featuring artistic direction by Amy Hollingsworth (female) & Guy Weizman (male), and Associate Artistic Direction by Jack Lister (male), with choreography by Roni Haver (female)
- Alice Topp for West Australian Ballet – Program: Butterfly Effect
- September 5, 2025 – September 20, 2025: West Australian Ballet will present Butterfly Effect, an evening-length work by Alice Topp (female).
Female Choreography Commissions, World Premieres, and Programming
- Starr Muranko, Michelle Olson, and Margaret Grenier for Co.ERASGA – Program: Eternal Gestures
- October 9, 2025 – October 10, 2025: Co.ERASGA will present Eternal Gestures, a world premiere work by Starr Muranko (female), Michelle Olson (female) and Margaret Grenier (female).
- Samantha Dunster for American Repertory Ballet – Program: Cinderella
- March 6, 2026 – March 8, 2026: American Repertory Ballet will present Cinderella, a world premiere evening-length work by Samantha Dunster (female).
- Michelle Quiner for American Repertory Ballet – Program: Americana
- May 1, 2026 – May 3, 2026: American Repertory Ballet will present Americana, a program featuring New works by Michelle Quiner (female) and Ethan Stiefel (male), alongside works by George Balanchine.
Leadership Changes
- The Kennedy Center Announces New Director of Dance Programming
- On August 21, 2025: the Kennedy Center announced that Stephen Nakagawa (male) has been appointed as the new Director of Dance Programming. Nakagawa succeeds Jane Raleigh (female).
- Ballets Jazz Montréal Announces Executive Director Transition
- On August 27, 2025: Ballets Jazz Montréal announced that Alexandra Damiani (female) will take on the role of Executive Director of the company alongside her role as Artistic Director. Damiani succeeds Stéphane Labbé (male) in the role.
