- Vail Dance Festival Announces NOW: Premieres Choreographers
- On August 4, 2025: Vail Dance Festival will present NOW: Premieres, a program featuring new commissioned works by Robert Battle (male), Michelle Dorrance (female), Justin Peck (male), Gianna Reisen (female), Bobbi Jene Smith (female), My’Kal Stromile (male), and Melissa Toogood (female).

- Ching Ching Wong for Open Space Creative Container – Program: Summer Soup
- July 31, 2025 – August 8, 2025: Open Space Creative Container will present Summer Soup, a program featuring a new work by Ching Ching Wong (female) alongside works by Franco Nieto (male), Megan Doheny (Female) & Ilya Nikurov, NØIR, and CJ Hankins.
- The Smithsonian to Present Moveius Contemporary Ballet – Program: Marquee
- On August 10, 2025: Moveius Contemporary Ballet will be in residence at the Smithsonian to present Marquee, a new work by Diana Movius (female).
- Natalie Weir and Alice Topp for Singapore Ballet – Program: Passages
- October 31, 2025 – November 2, 2025: Singapore Ballet will present Passages, a program featuring world premiere works by Natalie Weir (female), Tim Harbour (male), and Alice Topp (female), alongside a work by Christina Chan (female).
- Guggenheim Works and Process to Present Emily Coates – Program: Tell Me Where It Comes From
- On November 23, 2025: Guggenheim Works and Process will present a world premiere work by Emily Coates (female) entitled Tell Me Where It Comes From.
- Ngaere Jenkins and Emma Fishwick for Sydney Dance Company – Program: New Breed 2025
- December 3, 2025 – December 13, 2025: Sydney Dance Company will present New Breed 2025, a program featuring new works by Emma Fishwick (female), Ngaere Jenkins (female), Ryan Pearson (male), and Harrison Ritchie-Jones (male).
- Maija García and Jawole Willa Jo Zollar for Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre at New York City Center
- December 3, 2025 – January 4: 2026, Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre will present its New York City Center program, featuring world premiere works by Earl Mosley (male), Maija García (female), Jamar Roberts (male), Jawole Willa Jo Zollar (female), and Matthew Neenan (male), alongside works by Ronald K. Brown (male), Alvin Ailey (male), Medhi Walerski (male), and Judith Jamison (male).
- Vittoria Girelli for The Stuttgart Ballet – Program: Blinks of an Eye
- March 6, 2026 – April 7, 2026: The Stuttgart Ballet will present Blinks of an Eye, a program featuring a world premiere work by Vittoria Girelli (female) alongside works by Sol León (female) & Paul Lightfoot (male), and Christopher Wheeldon (male).
- Penny Saunders for Diablo Ballet – Program: Romeo & Juliette
- March 27, 2026 – March 28, 2026: Diablo Ballet will present Romeo & Juliette, a new production of Romeo & Juliet by Penny Saunders (female).
Leadership Changes
- Gauthier Dance Announces Artist In Residence
- On July 25, 2025: Gauthier Dance announced that Aszure Barton (female) has been appointed as an Artist in Residence of the company. She joins two other artists in residence, including Hofesh Schechter (male) and Barak Marshall (male).
- Brisbane Festival Announces New Artistic Director
- On July 28, 2025: the Brisbane Festival announced that Ebony Bott (female) will succeed Louise Bezzina (female) as Artistic Director of the festival.
- Canyon Concert Ballet Announces New Rehearsal Director and CCB2 Director
- On July 29, 2025: Canyon Concert Ballet announced that Conner Horak-Flood (male) has been appointed as Rehearsal Director for the company and CCB2 Director for the 2025/2026 season.
