  • June 18, 2026 – July 4, 2026: Co3 Contemporary Dance Australia will present IN.RESIDENCE: GATHERING.2, a program featuring new works by Laura Boynes (female), Sam Coren (male), and May Greenberg (female).
• Jodie Gates for Dance Theatre of Harlem at BAAND Together Dance Festival
  • July 28, 2026 – August 1, 2026: BAAND Together Dance Festival will present a program featuring a works by five dance organizations, Dance Theatre of Harlem will present a new work by Jodie Gates (female), American Ballet Theatre will present a pas de deux by Claire Davidson (female), New York City Ballet will present a pas de deux by Lar Lubovitch (male), Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater will present a work by Judith Jamison (female), and Ballet Hispánico New York will present a recent world premiere by Cassi Abranches (female).

Leadership Changes

• Dayton Contemporary Dance Company Announces New Artistic Director
  • On May 16, 2026, Dayton Contemporary Dance Company announced that Qarrianne Blayr (female) has been appointed as Artistic Director of the company. Blayr succeeds Debbie Blunden-Diggs (female) in the role.
• Brian Webb Dance Company Announces New Artistic Director
  • On May 19, 2026, Brian Webb Dance Company announced that Molly McDermott (female) will succeed Brian Webb (male) as Artistic Director of the company.
• Korea National Contemporary Dance Company Announces New Artistic Director
  • Korea National Contemporary Dance Company has announced that Cha Jin-yeop (female) has been appointed as Artistic Director of the company. She will succeed Kim Sungyong (male) in the role. 
• San Francisco Symphony Announces New Music Director
  • The San Francisco Symphony has announced that Elim Chan (female) has been appointed as Music Director, effective September 2027.
