DDP has compiled the following list of upcoming deadlines for grants, fellowships, residencies, and competitions as a resource for dancers, students, choreographers, and other professionals in the dance industry. Please scroll below to view detailed information about each of these programs and opportunities.
The Copenhagen International Choreography Competition (CICC) is a platform to discover and promote emerging contemporary choreographers. Financial awards ranging from 3.000DKK to 30.000 DKK as well as awards with career opportunities are available. Choreographers must be under 40 years old with professional experience and pieces must be between 5 and 15 minutes long and have 1-5 dancers. Pieces may be previously performed or in progress.
